Japan Post EMS method or FedEx is now available.
Please kindly note that there are countries where we cannot ship by SAL or International e Packet.
FREE SAL/ePacket SHIPPING on orders over $100
Shipping method will be SAL and ePacket only , which takes about 30 to 40 days to deliver.

-Fast shipping method with tracking number.
-Usually 3-15 business days after shipping are necessary to arrival of the item.
[SAL]
-For items under 2kg. Cheaper compared to EMS with a tracking number.
-Usually 30 to 40 days after shipping are necessary to arrival of the item.
-There are some regions we can't ship using SAL(Oceania, several countries in Europe and Asia. In such case, we will use International e Packet*1 which is faster than SAL, cheaper than EMS with a tracking number.
-SAL offer less tracking details compared to EMS.

- The items are sent by airmail. Usually 2-3 weeks after shipping are necessary to arrival of the item.
Shipping fees are clearly indicated on the cart page, and also at the checkout time.
* In some cases, it may take additional days to clear the customs.
* There are some regions we can't ship using either EMS SAL or International e Packet. Please contact us for details.
* Depends on where you live and the season, it might take more than 1 months to deliver.
*Please note that any orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 3pm Japan time , will not be shipped until the next available business day. (Warehouse is Closed on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.)

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items' price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Return Policy
We will only provide a refund in the event of damaged or defective items which we cannot replace. If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact us within 14 days of arrival by email. Please note that we cannot refund shipping if the package has already been shipped.
