OUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Either Japan Post (EMS) or FedEx (International Priority) is now available.
Available shipping methods vary depending on the country.

[EMS]
-Fast shipping method with tracking number.
-Usually 6-15 business days after shipping are necessary to arrival of the item.

[FedEx]
-Fast shipping method with tracking number.
-Usually 3-7 business days after shipping are necessary to arrival of the item.

*Please be noted that it may take longer than usual due to reduced International flights.

Shipping fees are clearly indicated on the cart page, and also at the checkout time.
* In some cases, it may take additional days to clear the customs.
* There are some regions we can't ship using either EMS or FedEx. Please contact us for details.
* Depends on where you live and the season, it might take more than 1 months to deliver.
*Please note that any orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 3pm Japan time , will not be shipped until the next available business day.

International Buyers ‒ Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items' price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Return Policy
We will only provide a refund in the event of damaged or defective items which we cannot replace. If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact us within 14 days of arrival by email. Please note that we cannot refund shipping if the package has already been shipped.
